A Fantastic Bohemian is an English language abridged version of The Tales of Hoffmann by Jacques Offenbach. This new take on the classic opera is a unique immersive, site-sympathetic and promenade opera experience that transports the audience to Mexico City in the Golden Cinema age of the 1940’s mixing Offenbach’s music with traditional Danzón.
Step into Salón MIO, inspired by Mexico’s most emblematic “Salón Los Ángeles”, where vice, love, death and passion all mingle throughout one epic evening. And join the great bohemian artist Hoffmann, on a journey to uncover the mysteries of his three lost loves…
This production is being further developed for Mexico and London.
